Edit A Plan

We want your Plan to be at its very best before it’s made available to our Community. But we understand if you need to make small changes once the Plan is live. Here are the written instructions for how to edit a Plan in the Partner Portal.

IMPORTANT: please don’t edit a Plan if you see the status is In Review. Editing a Plan in this status could affect the publishing of your Plan. If you want to make a change after you submit the content but before our team approves it, please leave a comment on the section you want to change. Our team will update the Plan as it is published. 

Finding Your Plan

Your Plan(s) will display on your Partner Portal homepage. You can sort your Plans by clicking on the headers of each column or by scrolling through your list.

Editing Your Plan

Click on the name of the Plan.

If this plan was published before March 15, 2021:

  1. Click the pencil icon on the top right of the day you’d like to edit.
  2. Copy the text from the “Read Only” block.
  3. Click the + button toward the bottom left of the above block, and select “Add Text”.
  4. Paste the text into this new block, then make your corrections.
  5. Delete the original “Read Only” block.
  6. Save and resubmit your plan! Important: after making edits to your Plan, refresh the page, and then you’ll need to scroll to the top of the page and click the “Submit Plan” button to resubmit your content.

If this plan was published on or after 15 March, 2021:

  1. Click the pencil icon on the top right of the day you’d like to edit.
  2. If you are editing text, click the text block you want to edit.
  3. If you are editing an image, audio, or video block, delete the block by hovering over the block and clicking the “trash” icon.
  4. Click the + to create a new block and re-upload your content.
  5. Save & resubmit your plan! Important: after making edits to your Plan, refresh the page, and then you’ll need to scroll to the top of the page and click the “Submit Plan” button to resubmit your content.
Our team will review what you’ve updated and redeploy your Plan. Once your edited Plan has been published, the status will return back to Live.

What Can't Be Changed?

Once a Plan is live, there are a few things that can’t be edited because of their impact on current subscribers. These elements of a Plan cannot be changed once a Plan is live:

  1. Order/Number of Plan Days
However, you can edit anything in a Plan that hasn’t gone live yet! So check, double-check, and triple-check your work before you submit.

If you aren’t sure what you can edit, leave a comment of what you’d like to modify and ask our team. We’ll let you know if we can or can’t make those edits once the Plan goes live.

Delete a Plan Day

You can only remove Plan days before the Plan is live.

  1. Go to the Plans tab.
  2. Select the Plan you want to edit from the list.
  3. Select the day you want to delete.
  4. Select the menu in the top right corner of the selected day.
  5. Select Delete Day.
  6. Select Delete to confirm deletion.

Add a Plan Day

You can only add Plan days before the Plan is live.

  1. Go to the Plans tab.
  2. Select the Plan you want to edit from the list.

To add a new day at the end:

  • Select the + button after the last day.
  • Add content to the new day and select Save.

To add a new day before or after an existing day:

  • Select the day where you want to add a new day before or after.
  • Select the menu in the top right corner of the selected day.
  • Select Add New Day to the Right or Add New Day to the Left.
  • Add content to the new day and select Save.
