Understanding Roles
When inviting people to your account, it's important to assign the correct role based on what access and permissions they need.
Role Types
Owner
- Can view Insights.
- Can edit your Church Profile.
- Can add or edit Account Roles.
- Can delete locations.
Editor
- Can view Insights.
- Can edit your Church Profile.
Insights Viewer
- Can view Insights.
Assigning Roles
- When inviting a new person, select the appropriate role based on their responsibilities.
- For more detailed instructions, refer to How to Invite a Person to Your Account.
If your church has multiple locations, you can limit a person's role to only one location or all locations.
