Define the level of control people have over your Profile and Insights.

When inviting people to your account, it's important to assign the correct role based on what access and permissions they need.

Role Types

Owner
  1. View Insights.
  2. Edit your Church Profile.
  3. Add or edit Account Roles.
  4. Delete locations.
Editor
  1. View Insights.
  2. Edit your Church Profile.
Insights Viewer
  1. View Insights.

Assigning Roles

  1. When inviting a new person, select the appropriate role based on their responsibilities.
  2. For more detailed instructions, refer to How to Invite a Person to Your Account.
If your church has multiple locations, you can limit a person's role to only one location or all locations.
