Delete Your YouVersion Connect Account

If you want to delete your YouVersion Connect account, you’ll need to contact our support team, as this action can’t be done on YouVersion Connect.

Important Information

• Permanent Deletion: deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, including saved content and your profile. This process can’t be undone.
• Deactivate/Hide Option: You also have the option to “deactivate” or “hide” your account, which keeps your data intact but removes your profile from being visible in the Bible App. If this is your preferred option, please specify this when contacting our support team.
  Hidden churches won’t be seen via Search or Discovery. However, people who have set the church as their church can still access it.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Contact Support: use this form to reach out to our Support Team.
2. Provide Details: let us know whether you want to permanently delete or deactivate/hide your account. Be sure to mention your reason for wanting to delete the account, if possible.

Once processed, permanent deletion will erase all your data, which can’t be undone. If you’re uncertain, consider using the deactivate/hide option first.
