Platform Publish Statuses

Licensees can be in the following published states listed below. You as the publisher can revoke as needed by selecting the Revocation Status to the right of the developer.

Approved

Once a developer accepts their fast track license they will be automatically approved. You can always revoke their access later if you need to.

Pending

Once you report the developer, the Revocation Status will change to Pending until the YouVersion Staff can finalize the developer becoming revoked. The developer will receive an email once their status changes to Pending to notify them.

Revoked

When the status changes to Revoked, the developer temporarily no longer has access to the IP until you choose to regrant. Reasons for choosing to revoke can include but are not limited to: commercial use violation, faith misalignment, misuse, agreement violation, etc.

Reported

Once you choose to report a developer, they will permanately lose access to the IP. To report a developer, click on the application name and then select Report Partner. Once you report a partner, their status will change to pending.
