If Your Plan Is Taking Longer Than Expected

Start by checking Partner Portal for comments and your spam folder for emails from no-reply@email.youversion.com. Then:

  1. Check your timeline. From submission to Live, Review can take at least 4 weeks. During flagship events (Advent/Christmas, Easter, Global Bible Month, etc.) review time may be up to 6 weeks.
  2. Comment on your Plan. Post a comment in Partner Portal, and our Content Review team will respond.
  3. Reach out to your Partnerships Manager. For questions about feedback on your plan or about why it was archived, email partnerships@youversion.com.
