Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions regarding plan status. Don't see your question? Post a comment on your plan in Partner Portal, and our Content Review team will get back to you.

Why did my Plan change from "In Review" to "Draft"?

When your Plan is actively being reviewed, the system may temporarily show it as "Draft". This is normal and just means someone is working on it. No action is needed—just don’t make edits or resubmit during this time.

Once I submit my plan, how long before it's live?

You’ll receive an email once your Plan is live with a direct link to the Plan. The confirmation email will be sent to the Partner email used in your account.

To make your Plan available on time, we recommend allowing at least four weeks of lead time. If your Plan needs to go live by a certain date or is a season-based Plan (like Christmas, New Year, or Easter), then we highly recommend allowing six weeks from submission to live date for processing.

I haven't been updated about the status of my Plan?

In Partner Portal, we will comment on your Plan with any requested revisions. You may also receive an email from [no-reply@email.youversion.com] when we leave a comment. Check your spam folder to be sure you’re receiving notifications.
You can expect email notifications from us when/if:
  1. Your plan is approved. 
  2. Your plan is published.
  3. Your plan may be delayed.

Why was my plan archived/deleted?

As a friendly reminder, if we don’t hear from a Partner within 90 days of a revision request, the Plan is archived and will not be published. If you’d like to move forward with the Plan, please address the previous requests, resubmit it, and comment on the plan in Partner Portal to let us know. We’ll happily restart the review process.
