Video Insights
Video Insights allow our Video Partners to view data on their video content, such as views, completes, unique viewers, and views per viewer.
How To Access Video Insights
- Select Insights on the left side navigation menu.
- Select Videos.
- Select all videos, or enter the name of a specific video you want to see the data for.
- Select the date range you want to view the data in.
- Select which language(s) of your videos you want to see.
Top Videos
Select Explore Videos to see metrics for all of your individual videos.
- Select Explore Videos under the Top Videos section.
- Filter your videos by selecting all videos or selecting a specific video.
- Select the date range you want to view the data in.
- Select compare by country, language, or video.
- Select all countries or choose a specific country.
- Choose which language(s) you want to view the data in.
Select Export in the top right corner to download insights on your top videos. Note - data may take up to 48 hours to appear in YouVersion Connect.
Top Countries
Top Countries will show you where your video content is being engaged with around the world. This helps you understand your audience’s global reach and identify opportunities to create more localized or translated content.
You can view this data in either a map or list view to see which regions have interacted with your Videos the most.
- Select View All under the Top Countries section of the Video Insights page.
- Select All Videos or search or enter the title for a specific video.
- Select the date range you want to view the data in.
- Select compare by country, language, or video.
- Select all countries or choose a specific country to filter the videos.
- Select which language(s) you want to view the data in.
Select Export in the top right to download your filtered video insights. Note - data may take up to 48 hours to appear in YouVersion Connect.

- Why don't these numbers match my YouTube numbers?
- YouTube reaches a completely different audience, while the numbers in YouVersion Connect reflect the data from users in the YV Bible App.
- Do these metrics include bible.com?
- At this time, these numbers only reflect the YouVersion Bible App (iOS and Android).
- What counts as a view versus a complete?
- Views are the total number of times your video was watched, while completes are the total number of times your video was watched until the end.
