Plan Feedback: Seeing What Readers Think Of Your Bible Plans

Plan Feedback is a new section inside Insights → Plans that shows Bible Plan partners what readers actually thought of their plan — both the big-picture patterns (why people rated it high or low) and the individual, written reviews behind those ratings.

Where To Find It
  1. Select Insights on the left side navigation menu.
  2. Select Plans.
  3. Open the specific plan you want feedback for.

How To Filter Your Plan Feedback

What could be improved? - pulled from 1-3 star responses. Shows the total response count and a ranked breakdown of the most common reasons users gave, each with a count and percentage.

What did you like about the plan? - pulled from 4-5 star responses. Same format, with positive reaons (for example: Easy to follow, Encouraging content, Practical takeways, Biblically sound).

  1. Select the specific plan you want to view feedback for.
  2. Select the date range picker to view the feedback in a specific time frame.
  3. Select which languages you want to view the feedback in.
  4. Select which countries you want to view the feedback in.
A user can leave both a rating and reasons without writing a note - so not every entry in the list will have written text.

Individual Feedback List

Below is a list of cards in a searchable, filterable list of individual reviews. Each entry shows:

  1. Date the feedback was given.
  2. Star rating (1-3 or 4-5).
  3. Plan Status - a badge showing whether the reader Completed or Stopped the plan.
  4. Reason tags - the specific reasons selected (example: Easy to Follow, Biblically Sound, Confusing Theology, etc.)
  5. Written note - the user's own comment, if they left one.
  6. User identity - a partially hidden name plus their country, to protect user privacy.

Using AI to Analyze Your Exported Feedback

After filtering your feedback, select export to gather all of the data into a CSV. Tools like ChatGPT or Claude can help you get through hundreds of written notes much faster than reading row by row.

  1. Pull out common themes. Upload the CSV and ask the AI to group the feedback into themes, not just the pre-set reason tags.
Try asking: "Read through the notes in this CSV and group them into 5-7 common themes. For each theme, give me a short description and how many responses fall into it."
  2. Compare completed vs. stopped plans. Ask the AI to separate rows by plan status and describe what differs between the two groups - this can surface why people are dropping off vs. finishing.
Try asking: "Split this data by the status column into completed and stopped. What themes show up more in one group than the other?"
  3. Turn data into a shareable summary. Useful if a partner needs to report results to their own team or leadership.
Try asking: "Summarize this feedback into a one-page brief: top 3 strengths, top 3 areas to improve, and one recommended next step."
