Fix Access Issues with Plans Portal

Updated 3 days ago by Zizoh Anto

If you're seeing this error:

“Your YouVersion Connect organization does not have an active Content Contribution Agreement…”

...this guide will help you resolve it.

What You Need for Access

To access the Plans Portal, the following must be true:

  • The email address you’re using for Plans Portal is added to your organization on YouVersion Connect
  • Your organization has signed the Content Contribution License Agreement

Common Scenarios

Your Email Isn’t Added on YouVersion Connect

Ask someone with Admin access in your organization to invite your email to the correct YouVersion Connect org.

After the invite is sent, you must accept it before you're officially added.
The License Agreement Hasn’t Been Signed

Once you’re added to the organization, log in to YouVersion Connect.

If the agreement hasn’t been signed, you’ll see a yellow banner at the top prompting you to complete it.
You’re in Multiple Organizations

If your email is tied to more than one organization in Plans Portal, it must be:

  • Added to each corresponding YouVersion Connect organization
  • And each org must have a signed License Agreement

Still Need Help?

If you don’t know who manages your organization, or if no one can invite you, submit a support request, and we’ll help.

Seeing loading errors or trouble signing in, even after getting access? Try technical troubleshooting.
