Features Available To Both Partner Types

Church Partners and Content Partners serve different roles in YouVersion Connect and have access to different features. Church Partners can engage their local congregation through tools like Events and Posts. Content Partners, on the other hand, focus on creating and sharing custom Bible Plan content for people who follow their in-app page.

Church Partner Only Features

Events - Use the Events feature to host your church services live in the Bible App.

Posts - Use Posts to create announcements and share Bible Plans with your church members.

Set As My Church - When users set your church as their church, they will be notified through an in-app push notification when you publish a Post. Users can also choose to be notified when you feature a plan.

Content Partner Only Features

Creating custom Bible Plans - Content Partners can create custom Bible Plans rooted in scripture to engage their followers.
Plan submissions specific to your church aren’t available to the YouVersion Community. Consider using Posts instead.
Followers - The Follow feature allows users to follow their favorite organizations in the Bible App. When someone follows your page, they will receive an in-app notification when you publish new content.

Features Available To Both Partner Types

Insights - The feature enables Churches to see how their members are engaging with scripture in the Bible App. Content Partners can use Insights to see data on their plans and how users are engaging them.
Featured Plans - Both Church Partners and Content Partners can utilize Featured Plans to highlight a piece of content to anyone following their in-app page.
In-App Page - Both Church Partners and Content Partners have an in-app page to customize with your logo and ministry details so users have the most accurate information.
