Accepting Partner Portal Invites

Accept the invitation to be an admin on your organization's account.

When you're invited to Partner Portal, you'll receive an email from no-reply@youversion.com containing an invitation link. Please accept the invitation within seven days, or it will expire and you’ll need to be re-invited.

How To Accept Your Invitation

  1. Open the invite email and select the View Organization button.
  2. If you didn’t receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
    You can also follow the troubleshooting steps in I Don’t See The YouVersion Email I Expected.
  3. Create a password to complete your account creation.
    1. If you’re signed in to a different account, please log out before accepting the invitation.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://login.youversion.com/forgot-password. If you cannot accept the invitation, please contact us so we can help.
