Accepting Partner Portal Invites
When you're invited to Partner Portal, you'll receive an email from no-reply@youversion.com containing an invitation link. Please accept the invitation within seven days, or it will expire and you’ll need to be re-invited.
To accept your invitation:
- Open the invite email and select the View Organization button.
- If you didn’t receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.You can also follow the troubleshooting steps in I Don’t See The YouVersion Email I Expected.
- Create a password to complete your account creation.
- If you’re signed in to a different account, please log out before accepting the invitation.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://login.youversion.com/forgot-password.
