Verification Process
Overview
Verification helps ensure all organizations meet our guidelines and prevents duplicate Church listings. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for you and your Church.
Requirements To Be Verified:
- You provide accurate information about your Church, including a valid website. Learn more here. If you don't have a website, you can also include a social media page.
- You have to be a ministry that meets regularly, whether in person or online (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Your organization is clearly part of historical, mainstream Christianity.We will review your church’s statement of beliefs on the website you provide. If it isn’t available there, our team will contact you to request it.
- There are no duplicate submissions with the same website or physical address.
Once verified, your Church can be published in the Bible App. If your Church wasn’t verified, it may be because at least one of these criteria wasn’t met.

How long should verification take?
We are experiencing a high volume of church applications, so our response times may take longer. We apologize for the inconvenience!
What can I do while I wait for verification?
- Customize your Profile Page.
- Add Service Times.
- Invite people to join as admins.
- Prepare everything else to be ready to go.
You won’t have full access to Insights until your Profile is published and at least five people have clicked the "Set as My Church" button.
